WARENFAUS "Magazine Shoulder"

A bag brand by Shingo Nyu, the third-generation owner of a long-established bag manufacturer that has been producing bags in Kuramae since 1956.

This is the Magazine Shoulder, a canvas shoulder bag with a pocket on the back that can hold magazines and documents.
The main material uses high-quality USA cotton grown in California's San Joaquin Valley, and

uses mottled canvas woven slowly by craftsmen in Kurashiki, Okayama, using old-fashioned shuttle looms.
Although only about one roll of fabric can be woven per day from one loom,

the mottled yarn used in sweatshirt material can be woven into a high-density canvas,

resulting in a fabric that has the characteristics of dense and thick canvas, and utilizes the natural texture of the mottled pattern.
An angled pocket is placed on the front for easy access,

a key loop on the side for attaching small items such as keys, and a zippered pocket inside for safe storage of valuables.
The shoulder strap is designed to be worn over the shoulder or at a high position like a messenger bag, making it a very user-friendly bag.
