Viper Nickel Safe contains a new proprietary blend of organic acids that remove scale much faster and is ecologically safer than out dated phosphoric acid cleaners. It is the ideal choice for use in food equipment. NSF registered, Kosher certified, and safe for Nickel Plated Evaporators like Manitowoc. Save time and money by making the switch to Viper products. Application: On Nickel Plated Evaporators use 8oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb of ice production (230g per 110/140kg). On Stainless Steel Evaporators you can double (2x) the strength. Empty ice from bin and add cleaner to the sump of a circulating system set in the cleaning mode. Allow to circulate for about 30 minutes and use brush to attack heavily scaled areas. Rinse system with potable water 3x. Place system back into ice production mode.Viper Nickel Safe is ideal for use on food equipment since it is odorless, & non-fuming. The product is water soluble for a more complete and easy rinse.
