Hello, these shoes have been bought not that long ago, i used barely these shoes, had them washed with the Ugg kit and it made dark colours (and these have been sent back to size ) they say it doesn't look like it's the cause of the company but shoes should not be looking this way after a month so i want some money back at least if anyone knows how to fix this then feel free, And they sent my shoes back - they look worse so I don't know how they were checking them bc also the smell seems like something chemical or I might be dreaming this, Anyways if anyone can save these please do ! I would be greatful as I need to buy new winter shoes again not from Ugg !! I will pop in a thankyou gift as well
