The high-quality, lightweight, and warm wool fabric with a check pattern is specially woven for this coat. The double-faced fabric, made by bonding two layers of fabric together, has a plump thickness, and features reverse stitching (a highly skilled sewing method only possible by hand). The over silhouette, which uses a generous amount of fabric, is attractive, and the large pockets that span the side seams are also a key feature. The design is simple, so it can be easily worn with any styling.
