The brand re-edits items from both designers' "treasured possessions" using modern materials and approaches.
This is a 3/4 sleeve raglan T-shirt with a strong 80s American sports influence. TapWater has modernized the common issue of vintage clothing where the body width is narrow and the length is unusually long. While the body width is relaxed, the cuffs are tapered to add a touch of elegance to the casual design.
The material uses drop cotton, which has unique nep and uneven textures, and is slowly knitted on an old-fashioned knitting machine to create a seamless tubular knit. The rounded hemline also uses special four-needle stitching to prevent curling. This piece has been reborn in a clean and modern way while retaining the vintage feel.
