I tried everything to return them or exchange them but was unsuccessful now I looked at these boots that are unusable.. they're beautiful and I love them but they do not fit.. they're black with undertones of dark dark red I believe them to be men's boots size 10 explaining why they don't fit.. their leather outer & inner Lined With leather Steve Madden makes very good boots have many pairs always all leather and last long .
