This book is older and does have it's fair share of imperfections. Front and back covers are worn and raw on corners, edges and spine. Spine has some rips/tears too. Creases on front cover top right. Cover has these small holes looks like a staple hole and these holes go into the actual book pages until page 43. Holes do become less and less towards page 43 but still there.
Page 13/14 is ripped a little at the bottom close to seam.
Page 22/23 book spine/seam is showing and cracking or coming apart at the bottom and up. When you get to page 27 seam is fully intact again. Page corners are bent and creased all throughout book.
Cover page going into the first page show the cracking seam.
