Ready the Acrylic Components. Remove the protective film from both sides of the acrylic, then extract each part. Initially, tighten the nuts until they cease rotating, then slightly loosen them to permit proper movement. They serve as pivot pins simultaneously.
- Remove protective film from acrylic: Detach each part
- Secure nuts: Tighten until they stop, then loosen slightly
- Nuts serve as pivot pins
- Assembly order: NUT at end, SPACER in middle
- Hole sizes: NUT smaller, SPACER larger
- Servo setup: Middle position (1500uS), gripper closed
- Open command: Signal at 1000uS
