| Manufacturer Warranty Description | RUPES 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY RUPES warrants to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase (3 years for Cyclo Pro Models). To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. Power tools that have been subjected to misuse (including but not limited to overloading and use not specified in the user’s manual), neglect, faulty maintenance, alteration, damage caused by improper use of chemicals, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage caused by normal “wear & tear”, are not covered. To invoke coverage under this warranty, purchaser must return the power tool, including the original proof of purchase (sales receipt), to the RUPES USA Factory Service Center. In the event the repairs are deemed non-warranty the repair charges shall be borne by purchaser. This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items such as pads, backing plates, chemicals and normally wearable motor parts such as bearings, blades, brushes, etc. The warranty described herein is not transferable to other individuals beyond the original purchaser. Only tools purchased from an authorized RUPES USA distributor are eligible for repair under this warranty. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIMITED WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. |
