This beautiful vintage 57 piece dinner service for 8 is the "Remembrance" pattern originally from the 1847 Rogers Bros. Co., later International Silver! It was produced mid-century 1948 , in a sweetly elegant rosebud and swirl motif! This gorgeous 57 piece set is a service for 8, plus 9 serving pieces:
8 Dinner Knives, 8 Dinner forks, 8 Salad forks, 8 Table/Soup spoons, 16 Teaspoons
and the 9 Serving pieces:
1 Extra Large Pie Server, 1 Extra Large Casserole Spoon, 1 Gravy Ladle, 1 LG Tomato Server, 1 LG Serving Fork, 1 LG Serving Spoon, 1 LG Slotted Serving Spoon, 1 Sugar Spoon, 1 Master Butter Knife!
The set, 57 pieces, is in Excellent to Superb condition, but for 4 of the Serving Pieces- those are in Excellent Condish! It comes in its original 1847 Rogers Bros. vintage/antique double decker dark wood chest, lined in maroon and white- also mid-century, and equally collectible!- plz see pix- good Condish- in and out, light scratches! A fabulously luxe, gorgeous service!
