These PYREX VISTA 500 mL filtering flasks have sidearm tabulations. For convenience, the flasks are graduated to show approximate capacity. The neck finish affords a fit for rubber stoppers. Tubulation O.D. is 10mm. The 500 mL filtering flask is designed to ASTM E-1406 Type 2.
- Capacity - 500 mL ±25 mL at any mark (5% of full capacity)
- This product is designed for full vacuum of 760 mmHg (15 psi negative pressure)
- This product should NOT be heated while being used in a Vacuum or Pressure application as the combination of thermal and mechanical stresses could cause a failure.
