This Single Front Wheel Cover is a replacement part for Phoenix USA Wheel Simulator Kit numbers GDF16 and GDF17 (sold separately). The mounting hardware and logo are not included! You can purchase the hardware separately (Phoenix USA # PNF19LNT). If you would like the front set with two front simulators, logo, and hardware, order Phoenix USA # GDF17F or GDF16F instead (sold separately). This single simulator (and the kits it is a replacement for) have a DOT over-lug, bolt-on stud mount style. It is designed for use on 1999-2004 Ford F-350 16” diameter by 6” wide dual-rear wheel, 2WD/4WD, 4 hand hole, 8 lugs on 170mm bolt circle, 9/16” lug stud or M14 x 1.5” lug stud applications.
