This is Cyborg Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 4, part of the Real Action Heroes series.
Regarding the condition of the item: I purchased it new and opened it to list it for sale, but as you can see in the photos, both wrists are broken.
*The broken parts are included in a bag.
Other than that, I believe the figure is in good condition.
I haven't moved the figure itself to prevent further damage.
