This is a 70505-0217 denim jacket (commonly known as the 4th model), size 44.
Key Features:
Model: The 70505 is the successor to the Type III, which appeared in 1966, and features a modern silhouette.
Era: Many of these models were manufactured from the 1970s to the 1980s. Paper patches were used from the 70s to the mid-80s.
Size: "SIZE 44" on the patch is approximately a size LL.
I purchased this from a US vintage clothing store about 35 years ago.
