For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 (bolt and nut) and EN 14399-6 (lock nuts x2, minimum 300HV hardness) should be used. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use bolts, nuts, and lock nuts from the same manufacturer. The kits are classified as K1 and are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). The label provides all necessary information to assemble the kit correctly.
