• The knife steel has a composition of high-quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium (X50CrMoV14). It is rust-resistant, extremely sharp, has a long cutting edge and a blade length of 20 cm.
• For the riveted black handle, high-quality polyoxymethylene (POM) is used. Slip resistance, comfortable handling and optimised ergonomics are a matter of course - dishwasher safe (RECOMMENDATION - wash with warm water).
• The forged Bread knife, from the Skyline Black series has a long blade with a coarse serrated edge, which serves to prevent the bread slice from flaking. The bread wants to be sliced and not crushed, hence the name serrated knife.
• The blade steel is forged from one piece and is hardened to approx. 57 HRC by a special heat treatment. 8 grinding processes guarantee perfect sharpness. The master hand is used for the final hand sharpening
