This is a white tag, so the era is late 80s to early 90s.
It's an Eddie Bauer nylon jacket.
It's labeled as a size M, but it's quite large. I think it's equivalent to a size L. I'm 175cm tall and can wear it with plenty of room.
Evidence of the previous owner (probably an American) named WEST is heavily engraved on the neck tag. It's unique to vintage clothing, and I like things like that.
