Secures a FIB sample on two standard 1/2" (12.7 mm) pin stubs for FIB milling and lift-out processes. Conveniently accommodates two FIB grids near the sample to mount prepared TEM lamellae on the FIB grid for TEM imaging. Economical holder compatible with all FIB/SEM systems accepting pin mount holders, such as FEI, ZEISS, and Tescan systems. For JEOL and Hitachi systems, use a pin mount adapter.
