Bella's Cold Smoke Generator

The Bella external cold smoke generator is designed for cold smoking at temperatures below 100 F. Made from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel. Includes a variable speed air pump which allows for air flow adjustments and smoke volume control and 48" of improved Silicone air line tubing. We now include a Bella cleaning kit which includes a brass 3/4" dia brush, stainless steel ram to clean the smoke tube and stainless steel tool to clean out the air nipple. The Bell comes standard with a adjustable vented top lid for moisture removal. The generator can hold up to 2 lbs. of wood pellets and provide 5 to 10 hours of smoke depending on air pump settings. A mixture of Wood pellets and Wood chips is recommended for best results. This generator allows for smoke cheeses, veggies, seafood or any other food you prefer to cold smoke. Requires drilling a 3/4" dia hole on a vertical surface and two 1/8" pilot holes for attaching generator using supplied self tapping screws. Dimensions assembled 3" x 3" x 10". Very easy to disassemble for easy cleaning. The Bella can also be used for HOT smoking as well, you can add to the amount smoke your smoker or pellet grill is producing.
