This is a classic Lee 191-LB denim jacket.
It's the lined version of Lee's 91-b, which was the inspiration for the now-popular Detroit jacket.
It fit perfectly on me, and I'm 173cm tall and weigh 59kg.
The condition is good, and I think you'll enjoy the fading and aging of the denim from here on out.
