3M Flame Barrier FRB-NT, a high-temperature label, serves diverse applications. Its compacted material boosts dielectric strength, offers a smooth surface for enhanced tape adhesion, and features a closed-cell structure. Inorganic and halogen-free, it boasts UL94 V0, 5VA flame rating at low thickness (UL file E65069). It resists ignition and arcs/tracks exceptionally well, maintains good dielectric strength, and exhibits excellent convertibility, easily slit, cut, formed, or die-cut. Applied above cells, it fortifies electrical insulation post-cell burst.
