This is a 3-inch aperture, high-grade adjustable housing platform designed to accommodate 100W maximum line voltage tungsten-halogen lamps. It's suitable for both residential (2x8 framing) and commercial installations. The platform is airtight, preventing energy loss, room drafts, dust marks on ceilings, and reducing sound transmission. Ensure insulation is kept at least 3 inches away from the top and sides of the housing. A complete fixture consists of two components: a PN3120 housing platform and a 3-inch optical element. Post-installation, these elements can be interchanged to create diverse lighting distributions.
